Profitable West Coast S&P 500 Real Estate services organization with an impressive record of continued success is currently seeking a Senior VP of Tax to join their organization. This is a career making opportunity to work for a dynamic company and an accomplished senior management team. In this multi-faceted role, the Senior VP of Tax will direct a team of nine and oversee all areas of tax reporting and planning. This role will be responsible for leading and developing staff, creating a positive service based culture for the department and make significant contributions to the company’s strategic growth. A CPA with a minimum of 15 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry tax leadership is required. Previous corporate tax experience for a real estate organization is a must. Compensation package will include substantial incentive based pay and company stock. Base salary to the mid $200K range plus reasonable relocation package.
