One dog or one cat is generally fine, especially if they're mostly outdoors (litterbox bugs me), but I don't want to share space with smokers, sorry, not even the outdoor kind, because my nose can and will pick up on the stench of old cig smoke that clings to you guys. Near public transit is a must. Need reliable wi-fi, too. I'm an internet junkie as well as a freelancer who depends on net access for my work.

Let's see, what else? I'm a firm believer in clean kitchens and clean bathrooms. Slobby types make me miserable.
