As for the house it is completely remodeled in and out, the rooms for rent include all utilities such as DSL, Cable, and Telephone (outbound calls only) in each room; plus Electricity, Water, full size Washer & Dryer, and Garbage (Thursday AM pickup if left on street).  There's all new stainless steel appliances, heated tile, and new oak throughout the house. This property is commercially zoned, and I use one room for my computer and equipment to run my business. There's almost a half acre of property total with additional storage space for boats and RV's is available. I also have a large 20'x40' tent like structure assembled out back to give extra space to work and store my equipment to save space inside the house for other renters and their belongings.  Renters are expected to keep the house in a clean and tidy condition, and share in the household chores - vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mowing lawn, etc. Background and credit checks will be required, as well as a $600 damage deposit that will be held in a savings account until the time the property is vacated and returned in its existing condition. I have 3 rooms that will be rented altogether, it will be a slow process where I will allow the existing renters to choose the new roommates out of those applications and background checks that get approved.

This will be a quiet environment reserved for tenants. The room is for rent and tenants will be expected to refrain from having company over, with 3-4 people living in the house the common areas will be crowded enough. Plan on going out if you want to party or hang out with friends, the house is for sleep and relaxing. Boyfriends/Girlfriends can stay the night 1 maybe 2 nights per week, but if they need to be here any more then that maybe the two of you should consider getting your own place.  They should never be here unless your are here as well.  Last thing I want to do is come home from work and find your partner sprawled out on my couch playing my video games and you are no where to be seen.  Just because they do not have anywhere else to go or stay doesn't mean that we want to support or take care of them.  Each tenant is responsible for their own food and grocery shopping.  We do go to Costco now and split the bill up in order to save on groceries, then when we get home we divide everything up so as that we each know what belongs to each of us and when we are running low on food and its time to go shopping again.  The kitchen has tons of storage and everyone has their own designated areas to keep their own groceries and cooking supplies separate.  Occasionally we do take turns cooking dinner, and as more tenants move in we will probably do that more often since the more people you cook for the cheaper each meal becomes.  As a household we can all sit down and discuss what sounds good and fair to each individual and a house as a whole.  After all not everyone likes the same things and they shouldn't be forced to eat or pay for those things they don't like.

There won't be any smoking, drinking, or doing drugs in the house; some people might have problems with these things and they shouldn't be subjected to things that make them feel uncomfortable in their own home.  After all there are plenty of places close where all these things are accepted, and there will be people there to share them with.  People living here will expect to keep a clean house and quiet environment for all to live in. Basic furnishings are supplied in the living room and kitchen, tenants are expected to respect and care for such items so that they will be useable by other tenants at all times. Tenants who are excessively loud, disruptive, or overly messy will be evicted. I emphasize this will be a clean and quiet environment at all times. There is already a dog and cat who live here right now, they are both indoor animals. Tenants are only required to not let them outside as they come in and out, so that the animals are not able to run off. No other pets will be allowed, like I said with 3-4 people, dog, and cat the house will be crowded enough. If you have any questions or would like to apply please call Sam at 425-218-2210. And those who can all agree to live the same clean and quiet lifestyle together.  I hope this email doesn't sound to anal but I really don't want their to be any confusion and I want all potential applicants to understand that we are both in our mid 30's and are done with the whole party and bar hoping scene.  We put a lot of work into making this a nice house and want to keep it that way.  We no longer stay up all night long in the bar scene and sleep all day.  We would prefer that our next roommates keep the same schedule and lifestyles, but if not they should be able to at least keep their party life out of the house, and if coming home at 3am be quiet enough not to wake the rest of the house up since they will have to get up in a few hours as it is.  And in return we will do our best to keep the noise down and not wake you up should you be a night owl that sleeps during the day.  After all people need to give the same respect they expect to receive from others.  You will find that is how this household runs now and we want to keep it that way.  So if you feel that this is the kind of environment you would like to live in please give me a call.  Thanks,
