We are a medium sized growing commercial laundry searching for a full time maintenance mechanic. Your responsibilities will be to maintain all existing equipment as well as install new equipment. Critical equipment consists of large (450 lb) dryers and washer extractors. We also have a commercial ironer, hot water heater, boiler, compressors, autoclave, and various automatic folders. The ideal candidate should have experience with large industrial equipment repair including 3 phase electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, gas, and basic carpentry. Diesel truck maintenance experience is a plus but not a firm requirement. You must be a creative problem solver that is able to think "Out of the Box." Candidates must be willing to get their hands dirty with general maintenance tasks (greasing, oiling) and must be in good physical condition as this job requires some heavy lifting. We run 6 days per week and it is critical that all mission critical systems are running during production since the laundry absolutely must go out each day. This brings a fair amount of "Pressure" to the role since it is up to you to get things up and running.

Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience

Hours are very flexible but weekend and off hours work will be required.
