Position Summary:
This position is focused on inbound and outbound telesales and business partner relationship building supporting our client’s sales channels. The primary business objective is to communicate information regarding programmatic offerings to business partners. Duties will include but are not limited to opportunity qualification, sales closure, providing business partner’s awareness of tools to create business plans to grow their product lines, relationship building, directing business partners to resources that will help grow their certifications and business, and providing basic support and service to help navigate business partners in the right direction.

The BPE is an entry level position on our Telesales Team and reports to Call Center Operations. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic, self starter with an entrepreneurial, ‘can do’ attitude. Successful candidates will also posses excellent listening skills and the ability to lead a conversation while keeping detailed information on all communications.
This position requires an initial one to two month training period working out of our Redmond, WA office. When our new call center in Lacey, WA is opened in early 2010, this position will be based out the Lacey office.
Essential Functions:
Proven track record of client relationship and/or inside sales skills
Maintain and update detailed electronic records of all communications.
Successfully execute multiple projects at one time.
Nurture sales leads that result in qualified opportunities for outside organizations
Provide feedback to management on programs successes and failures
Make at least 100 calls attempts per day
Uphold company core values of integrity, service and professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years combination of relevant experience / education
A strong knowledge of the Internet and solid computer skills and business applications
Proven written and verbal communications skills
Ability and confidence to cold call prospective clients and manage the sales cycle
Strong relationship building skills
Time management and organizational skills
Experience with selling service (vs. product)
Easily converse with all levels in an enterprise organization
Ideal Qualifications:
1 year of successful inside sales or client relationship management experience
Solution selling experience and formal training
