POSITION TITLE:
Membership Manager
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:
Membership Director
PURPOSE & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Membership Sales/Telesales position recruits new members for AWB, In addition to retaining new members, as well as special fund raising & projects.
This position is responsible for communicating member feedback to the Membership Director.
POSITION SCOPE:
New member recruitment is achieved through individualized professional telesales presentations. The average number of calls by successful representatives is 70-100 per day via telephone, calling on new member prospects, as well as existing members for account retention & dues increases.
Basic computer skills are required, and the ability to research prospective members, and issues is a plus.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

4. Ability to communicate with the use of imagery a plus.
5. Must be able to laugh, and handle rejection.
6. Bilingual is a plus
