We are three younger folks with dogs and a cat looking for a fourth. We are part to full-time working, and have a variety of extracurricular interests such as painting, sewing, gardening, crafting, etc. We really care about our house and are looking for someone who will appreciate it and us and make a positive contribution to our shared home.

This is a 2nd floor master with private balcony in a big, old house with lots of character. Master shares master bath with one 27 year old female. See picture of bath. Other pictures are of master. House has two decks, living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, art studio, den, laundry room, pantry, two bathrooms, basement/shop, private driveway and large yard with fire-pit and food garden plus lots of magical places. This house is near the route 21 bus line and a short walk to catch the bus on State St. Nice neighborhood near park, San Francisco Street Bakery, etc.

Rent is $475/month. In addition, there is a water/sewage/garbage and electric bill. Monthly, these bills combined are between $50 and $100 depending on the time of year. Wireless internet available. No deposit, but we require one month notice before a roommate moves out.

Prior experience living in a shared house is desired but not required. The room might be large enough for a couple that gets along well. No cats allowed, but dogs are welcome (we have two). We are generally quieter, but very social.

We're looking for folks who will share meals ~4 nights a week (each one of us cooks a meal one night a week). We have a big potluck every wed (dinner with the dead). You also have to be into beautiful people coming in and out all the time.

were looking for some people that are willing to move in to our house and help pay the rent. You get full access to the house, living room, washer/dryer, tv, electricity, water , etc. Also, they have to be females that are not old, got to be clean and respectful. The house is quit close to all the stores in tumwater and its fairly big so you get your privacy... heres a couple of pictures.
