I'm just getting on my feet again after my husband and I seperated in January and I just can't seem to keep up financially yet. I'm a 31 year old, single mom of a 13 year old. My 13 year old technically does live with me, but stays next door with my sister because of the hours that I work so it's just me here 99.9% of the time.

I'm not sure if i'll find anyone interested but if I don't look I'll never know! Basicly I was hoping to find someone that was in need of a temporary place to stay for a month or so, for whatever reason. I don't have any extra storage, or room for anymore furniture (unless you have your own futon that you would rather use in the living room, I would be willing to remove my sofa sleeper already there) so you would have to have a limited amount of items to bring with you. There is enough space for you to store the things you would need to obviously keep with you for daily living!

About my apartment...It's a small, One bedroom. Not the prettiest looking on the outside but the inside makes up for it! Its completely furnished, there's cable and high speed internet. Everything you need like dishes, bath towels, cooking utensils, etc. is pretty much already here and you're welcome to use them. There is one parking spot available if you have a vehicle, if not we are right on the bus line and within close walking distance of 7 eleven and Albertsons.

I work full time from 10 pm - 6 am and I usually get home around 8 am. so you would have the place to yourself all night. If you're home during the time that i'm sleeping you don't have to worry about being extra quiet so you don't bother me because i'm pretty good at sleeping through most noises made during the day! I'm responsible, respectful and easy to get along with. and I would expect the same from a potential roomate. Your age, sex, race or sexual orientation doesn't make a difference to me!

Well I'm crossing my fingers that I can find someone that will benefit from this arrangement as much as I will!!!

I am a 32 year old man looking for one roommate or a couple to share this cabin with me as soon as possible. I have one bedroom to offer and also a small one bedroom cabin behind the main cabin, which could be a living space option. It is located close to downtown, the state capital campus, and bus lines. It is situated on a large lot with trees, a garden space, a view of downtown, the capital dome, and the sunset.
The monthly rent of $400 is for a single person. If you are a couple considering living here, the rent will be $550. Not included is the cost of utilities, which will be split depending on the number of inhabitants.
The utility costs in the past have been very low. However, this is because in the past I have relied entirely on wood heat in the winter. The wood stove is very efficient. This here room is medium sized and the house it is enclosed in is pretty good sized as well. but the yard, OH the yard, it's ginormous. There is a dog run and it's fenced in, so if you DO have a dog, you can bring it! We all want a dog in this house. Except for poodles, those are bothersome. Anyways, the rent is 412.50 a month, utilities run at about $75 (after December the energy bill will go down because its the last month we have to pay the deposit thing). December: Room for Rent w/ own Bathroom and Walk-In Closet! (Olympia Westside) $475

I'm looking for someone to move into my nice 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse in early to mid-December. The room for rent is spacious, has an attached full bathroom (completely private), and huge walk-in closet. It's located on Olympia's westside, secluded but near everything (2 miles to Evergreen College, 4 miles to downtown Oly). We will split the rent in half ($475 each) as well as utilities. Lease is month-to-month but I need someone to stay atleast until June.
The house is completely furnished except the room for rent. Full amenities including kitchen with dishwasher and everything, dining area, living room, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer; there is also a 1-car garage being used as storage space, 2+ outdoor parking spots, and secluded back yard area (it's actually a certified wildlife habitat :) ) with a small pond and wildlife. It is in a quiet and respectable neighborhood (so, this is not a party house but instead a great place to relax, get work done and have small get-togethers).
I have a loving, strictly indoor cat living here with me most the time.
About me: I'm a female student in my early 20's. I'm at Evergreen for my BS in field ecology,and will be graduating this spring.
You should be able to pass a background check, be completely financially stable and dependable, and a good person. I prefer someone my age (20's). Couples are welcome, but I don't think this is a great environment for young kids. I don't have a problem with drinkers or smokers. Also, the management doesn't allow pets to move in anymore. NO craigslist creepers pleeease!!!
It's truly a wonderful place to live. I'm posting early so I can hopefully sift through a bunch of potential house-mates and find the best fit.

We are a young couple, work pretty much full time. We aren't crazy loud, but we are definitely not the silent types either. We listen to music, watch lots of movies, laugh a lot, and cook a lot too. We are clean in the places that count, laid-back, with 2 awesome cats and a small-ish dog and a new puppy. Other pets would be cool and we can see how our pets get along.

We have a room for rent on the west side of Olympia, only a few minutes from evergreen near French Rd NW and 28th Ave NW. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with garage and fenced back yard. There's two of us in it now, the third left and we need to replace him. We are 2 mid 20s guys, we try to keep a fairly calm and clean house. The optimal person would be a fellow greener, as we often run odd hours studying and what not.

Rent is $380 for a smaller bedroom with shared bathroom, or $440 for the master bedroom with private bathroom + utilities. We also need a $400 security deposit.
