Looking for either a couple of students or a family to rent the downstairs of our split level 2500 sq foot home. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, living area with fridge, partially furnished. Have a fenced backyard, pets are ok but would like to know what they are, garage available for storage or car. My family would live upstairs, and would honor your privacy as you honor ours. We would only be downstairs for the washer/dryer, and occasionally to go through the garage to the kids' bikes and garden supplies. Looking for no drugs/no smoking/no partying/keep your house clean type of people. We do have a fenced backyard with our 85 lb lab mix dog out back also. Thank you!
