This job is 100% commission.
You MUST have a home office.
You will NOT have to spend a dime on marketing.
You MUST have loss mitigation negotiation experience (no nubees).
You MUST have experience negotiating short sales.
You must NOT be a negotiation company. Dont bother if you are.
He is looking for someone who is going to exclusively work on his transactions only.
He can probably have 25 - 40 deals in your pipeline in the next few months.
Projected annual income well over $65,000.
