A young man and two woman live in three separate rooms in the house now. First month and refundable deposit equal to one month (you can split the deposit into three months) to move in if renting monthly or one week deposit if renting weekly, non-negotiable. Happy housekeepers do most of the chores but no one enters your room.<br>

Our selection process is first-come first-served basis. We have no lengthy screening process where we say "we'll get back to you." We will call two of your friends or family who can verify that you are nice, you will then come to see it, if you like it, its yours when you pay for it. We believe in giving everyone a chance which is why we have no Application Fees, Screening Fees or Rental History and Credit Checks. The initial payment needed to move in is first month and one month 100% refundable security deposit but you are able to split the deposit into three monthly payments. Then you can move in immediately, and then we take down this craigslist ad.<br>
