I have a job and reliable transportation, my car is a splendid machine capable of transporting an entire drum set. I have been in a band
before and I am dying not being so now. I am willing to drive up to Tacoma and back.
I write my own lyrics and I don't mind sharing the front with another vocalist. I also don't mind singing other previously written lyrics, but
as all human beings are want to do, I prefer writing my own. I am not a big fan on writing lyrics about my feelings and political thoughts,
not that I don't mind sharing them, its just not as appealing to me as a story of a fallen hero or a cosmic battle, etc.

My best friend and musical partner recently moved away. I am all alone with nobody to jam and make crazy sounds with :( Please help, I have an arsenal of vintage tube amps, effects, looper, drum machines, guitars and I also have a synthesizer. I record everything as well with my portable Boss recorder. I need to play music with others in order to be happy. I just like to improvise and jam. I like all sorts of music but I think I am best suited for post rock or drone. Some of the bands I like: Explosions in the Sky, Pink Floyd, Sunn O)), Radiohead, Mogwai, Spiritualized, The Beatles, Tool, Mono, Phish, Miles Davis etc. I played percussion for many years before switching to guitar/synth a few years ago so I am not a technical wizard but I try to make up for that in tone, creativity and emotion. I don't have a place to jam but can come to you.
I have a pretty busy schedule with not a lot of free time but I can commit to jamming once a week for a nice long several hour musical experience. Seriously, I am not a flake and I am very easy to get along with, two traits that can be somewhat rare for a musician.

Seriously if you think you might be interested please contact me and we can give it a try, if our styles don't gel it won't hurt my feelings. I am open to play with beginners as well, heck I have only been playing guitar for 2 years. My style is not for everyone, I really like loud abstract psychedelic style freak out jams with lots of texture and feedback lots of spacey noise and space ship type sounds. I am not interested in playing covers, lets create something unique that has never been heard before and probably can't be reproduced again. I would love to jam with a drummer/bassist/drum machine/Keys/horns/second guitarist/vocalist whatever. Again, I don't have a place to jam at so you would have to provide that. Well once in a blue moon my house could host a jam when my family is not there. I am 33 and open to jam with kids all the way up to the elderly.

Music is my life and I'm sick of not being part of something active.
I'd prefer to join up in an active band, I dont care if you're older than me or a little younger. I'd prefer to be in a group with people around the ages of 16-20, but you can give or take on that. just that general age range I suppose.
I'm 17. I have a job and transportation (but at the moment my cars engine is blown and I'm getting a new one soon.)
I used to drive up to tacoma all the time and I'm located off of exit 88 on I-5, I'd prefer to have something closer, but only if its any good. I'd be willing to drive further (tacoma-ish) or down south more.
I do have a job, so practice will need to be not last minute.
I mostly do alt/pop/rock. That means no metal, etc. not interested.

also, not really into covers. one or two is ok if you dont have too many original songs, but cover bands dont make it, and usually arent that great. (just a personal opinion)
must know how to play technical rhythms and lead parts as well, if you cannot do an arpeggio or a sweep do not bother contacting, experience in a band not just someone who can play, we need a person who can tour, play shows and get into the bars that we play at, reliable with transpo, no drugs (420 is ok) no ego's there is already enough of that, experience in a real band environment playing long distance shows, promoting, doing your part as a member of your band, your own gear and METAL only, no conflicts with ideology we are Luciferion Left hand path BLACK METAL musicians and we do not appreciate oppressors.
