WANTED: low-cost or no-cost materials

I'm a single mother who's home was damaged by flooding Dec. 2007. I need treated plywood and treated 2x4's or 2x6's to replace my damaged subfloors, insulation to install under the subfloors once they are replaced and wood to make the bottom cabinets in both the kitchen and bathroom.
My children and I are currently living in our driveway in a travel trailer. We are not allowed to reside in our mobile home until all the flood tainted flooring etc. has been replaced. I am asking for help with materials because we live on a low fixed disability income.
All the repair work is being done by myself and a very generous individual who has donated his time, tools and skills to help me rebuild my floor. He offered his assistance after seeing an ad I had posted on Craigslist asking for help. So far we have completed the subfloor in two bedrooms and 1 hall but we have 1 more bedroom, a livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and 1 hall left to go. Progress has been slow because I have very limited time on which to work on the house because I must care for my youngest child who is mentally disabled. Any low cost or no cost materials within a reasonable amount of mileage from Chehalis would be greatly appreciated.

I also need help releveling my house/re-setting the blocks.
