I live in Tumwater a couple blocks from the little airport, just off Henderson.

I am definitely looking for something to be long term, I would consider your child a part of the family and she would be treated as one of my own when in my care. I am the kind of person to play an interact on the child's level. I will give tummy time and play games that will help with development.

You would have to provide formula or expressed breast milk and diapers. I have lots of baby items toys, swing, bouncer and a extra pack n play. I have a sling and a front pack. So not much else you would have to bring.

I am not a real strict person my children have rules I expect to be followed (to a degree based on age and ability to comprehend the expectations). Not that discipline really applies with an infant but will later..I am a time outs and positive re-enforcement type. I don't like to spank, it is an extreme measure with my own and left only up to the parents of the child, as I feel it is not my right and often not needed. I do not practice the cry it out method with my own children and yours will not be left to cry either, rest assured I will do everything in my power to find what is bothering baby or needed at the time.

TV is kept to a minimum. We don't have cable TV just movies,again doesn't apply to the age I am looking for but will when they are older if they are still a part of our happy family.

I love the work I do from home and thought you may be interested.

I work with a group momms. Some of us work full time and some work part time. It's great because even if you only have 30 minutes or so you can still put some time in. We refer customers to the company we partner with and set up new accounts for them. We also work as a team, which I really like because you always have someone to go to for help. Most all of us are moms, so we understand all the activity going on in our homes, but you don't have to have a quiet home for this job. I love this part because I have a lot of noise in my house with 3 kids, 2 dogs and a fun filled husband.
