<br>
Our Mission:
<br>

<br>
…Respecting and responding to the choices of people with developmental disabilities.
<br>

<br>
Dungarvin is a national organization of privately owned companies that are dedicated to providing high quality, community-based supports to people with developmental disabilities. Founded in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1975, Dungarvin has grown to serve approximately 2,125 people in 13 states.
<br>
Dungarvin provides a variety of individually tailored services and supports under the Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver. Additionally, Dungarvin provides services in several small homes licensed as Intermediate Care Facilities/Mental Retardation (ICF/MR). We also provide day services, supported employment, case management, supported foster care, children's services, respite care, and supports for traumatic brain injury services in several states. Dungarvin provides quality services that are flexible and responsive to individual needs and choices, while maintaining the fiscal integrity that ensures the long-term stability and security every person expects and deserves.
<br>
Supporting people with developmental disabilities to achieve their fullest potential improves the quality of their life and that of the entire community.
<br>

<br>
Our Philosophy:
<br>

<br>
We believe each person has his or her own set of aspirations, goals, strengths, and dreams. We work closely with each person, and people close to the individual to discover and understand this unique combination. Utilizing our experience and expertise, we design and provide a constellation of services to support the person in achieving his or her life goals.
<br>
Dungarvin understands each person's need for autonomy and self-determination. Where barriers exist, we believe a responsive service provider must work creatively to change limiting environments and promote the individual's decision-making power. We believe each person should be fully included in his or her community. Each person must have access to the community's resources and benefits, including the socially valued roles of being a citizen, neighbor, worker, and friend. Above all, we believe each person has a right to control his or her own life and destiny.
<br>
All human beings, including people with developmental disabilities, have the same basic needs for physical comfort, security, a sense of belonging, love, and fulfillment. We will provide a unique combination of support, assistance, education, and encouragement that will enable the person to satisfy these needs and triumph in the fulfillment of his or her life goals.
<br>
As a responsible service provider, we are committed to offering quality services that are flexible and responsive to the individuals we support. Dungarvin's fiscal soundness assures the long-term stability and security every person needs. Helping people with developmental disabilities achieve their full potential improves the entire community's quality of life. Dungarvin is proud to be a part of this enriching process.

<br>
Our Mission:
<br>

<br>
…Respecting and responding to the choices of people with developmental disabilities.
<br>

<br>
Dungarvin is a national organization of privately owned companies that are dedicated to providing high quality, community-based supports to people with developmental disabilities. Founded in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1975, Dungarvin has grown to serve approximately 2,125 people in 13 states.
<br>
<br>
Supporting people with developmental disabilities to achieve their fullest potential improves the quality of their life and that of the entire community.
<br>

<br>
Our Philosophy:
<br>

<br>
We believe each person has his or her own set of aspirations, goals, strengths, and dreams. We work closely with each person, and people close to the individual to discover and understand this unique combination. Utilizing our experience and expertise, we design and provide a constellation of services to support the person in achieving his or her life goals.
<br>
<br>
<br>
