I am a female, early twenties, professional with a steady income, good credit, and rental history. I own one small (20lb), well behaved dog that is house broken. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful of other’s space. I do not smoke but drink occasionally. Would prefer mother-in-law type of housing or one bedroom house/duplex, but willing to room with the right person. Would ideally like a place with a yard. I have my own furniture but could possibly store if the right situation came up. Able to afford up to $700 a month. I would be able to start paying rent August 1st but need a place by September 1st at the latest. Thank you!<br>

Bus route 12, 13, 68 every 15 minutes (2304 Columbia St SW), connecting to the DASH bus, which runs every 12 minutes to Farmer's Market and all stops in between.  Who needs a car?  Oh, yeah, if you DO have a car, there is off street parking.

Cable TV ready, but, not hooked up.  I will hook it up for you if you will reimburse me of my actual cost.  Do have a small bedroom TV (the kind that plays VCRs), and a bunch (300 or so)of VCRs.  Brand new Bosch front-load washer and dryer.<br>

Sorry, strictly no animals, smoking of any kind, or drugs. Also, our home is a shoes off home, and we do have shoe "booties" for those times when you don't want to remove your shoes.  And, we can't have candles, plug-in air fresheners, live Christmas trees or incense.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet AND clean.  My wing is downstairs, and, you will share the upstairs with one person.  The house is wonderfully laid out for privacy for all.  You will have a lock for your bedroom and full access to the common areas of the house.  Lots of kitchen stuff for baking, cooking, coffee, tea, dishwasher, microwave, and more. You will truly cherish the time spent in our home.  We are two women (28 and 60).  We are both rather quiet and busy with our own lives.
