Area Representative, High School International Exchange Program The Center for Cultural Interchange (CCI) is seeking responsible adults throughout Washington and Oregon to place high school international exchange students for the Academic Year Program. By becoming a CCI Area Representative, you have the opportunity to change the world by bringing cultural exchange to your community! CCI Area Representatives come from all walks of life. Many are teachers, nurses, retirees, or stay-at-home parents, as well as bankers, lawyers, and doctors. Most have a background in education, sales/marketing, or community organizing, combined with international living experience. What all CCI Area Representatives have in common is a love for working with people from different cultures and a desire to work flexible, part-time hours from home as an independent contractor. Area Representative responsibilities include:
CCI will provide you with the training necessary to place and monitor exchange students with qualified host families. You will also work closely with your Regional Director on each placement. CCI pays a generous stipend for each student you place and monitor. The stipend for the 10-month academic year is $1,000.00 per student; the 5-month academic semester is $800.00 per student.
