I have a very rare and very beautiful 1950 Desoto 2-door,post, in excellent shape. No hurry to get rid of it at all, but i am interested in a older model street rod, or a muscle car for trade All of the chrome [ actually SS ] has been done and is mint, front end is a mustangII, power steering. The motor has appox 3000-4000 miles on total rebuild. The engine is a dodge aspen slant six, 225 ci, engine has some chrome on it. the trans is a 727 mopar in excellent shape , shifts smooth as silk, theres plenty of HP and crusies on the freeway excellent . Stops straight and steers like a caddy. Interior is in good shape ,needs upgrade floor carpeting, and has a small mark on drivers door panel from window crank, tilt/telescopic steering. The rear end has been modified with a ford 8'. Brand new tires and wheels all 5-lugs. All the glass is excellent, no rust, solid as a rock. Car is not 100% show quality, but very close to it. Will need new paint.

Ok heres everything in a nut shell for ya.....The body is in great shape, no rust , no bubbles , no anything. The engine has just over 20k miles on factory 350 goodwrench engine , runs perfect and actually gets a consistant 20 mpg. Its stock for milage , new carb, new exhust. New 700r4 trans, same milage as engine....3 speed / w overdrive. Twin tanks, has air , not hooked up , and crusie control dosent work , why i dont know. Dealer wants extra money to fix . New tires and brakes , have warrenty for tires. Electric windows and door locks work. Everything in the running gear is new , no rebuilt stuff. Looking to trade for a nice 2wd chevy blazer, full size , or interesting trades, muscle cars , cameros, vets, etc.. Sorry but dont need projects, health will not allow me to do this anymore. Will cashout and will look at offers too. NADA has classified this truck as a classic and has now put a hi value of $9818....and a lo of $7000, im asking $7500 because of condition.
