Real Estate agent needed Immediately - Hourly Pay plus Commissions!
Experienced Real Estate agent/loan originator seeks an experienced, licensed real estate agent to be his full time assistant. Agent must know and live in the Port Orchard/South Kitsap area. I will pay you hourly, plus bonuses DOE. Depending on your skills and abilities you can earn up to $5,000 per month or more and maintain a flexible schedule.
You will be able to work your own clients keeping your own name, as well as help me with the volume of work I have incoming each day. You will need to be able to work occasional evenings and weekends which may include Open Houses, brokers opens, listing appointments and showing clients property. Loan origination experience would be a bonus, but not mandatory, we will train you giving you additional income potential. This position needs someone who can think on their feet, has a positive attitude and MUST be able to work in a team environment. You will need to be a "go getter" and willing to learn. Part time seekers need not apply.
This position is constantly changing to meet the needs of the company, so boredom is never going to be an issue.
