We are in desperate need of a 2-3 bedroom home in North-Cental Kitsap county(Bremerton,Lake Symington,Silverdale,Poulsbo,Saquamish).
We have rented the same one bedroom home for 8 years. We are good tenants! We keep the property VERY nice & can fix just about anything.
During the week we are a family of 3 My husband, Daughter, & My self. On the weekends school breaks & holiday's we have my husbands son's & are a family of 4-7.
My husband has a GREAT job & we can prove our income but we don't have the best credit. If needed we can get a co-signer.
We can afford from $600-$800 a month. We get paid once a week so the larger the rent if we can split it in two payments that would be GREAT!
