<description><![CDATA[I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house in N Silverdale. It is a pretty nice house in a quiet neighborhood and I have only 1 other house next to me. One of the Bangor gates is only about a mile away and downtown Silverdale is just down the hill. Less than 5 minutes away.<br>
<br>
The living space is on the main floor with the bedrooms upstairs. There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway and more if needed on the street. There is a 2 car garage; but I would need to do some cleaning to get a vehicle in there. I am currently occupying the family room in the house and the living room is empty. If you have your own furniture, great. If not, I have no problem sharing mine. I have a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The 3rd bedroom is set up right now as a guest room; but can be used for other things, if needed.<br>
<br>
I am pretty quiet. I work 7AM - 4PM and am usually in bed around 10PM. I don't usually have friends over to visit or party, I go to their houses. I spend my nights, reading, watching tv or playing on the computer and Internet. I work for Kitsap County at the Courthouse in Port Orchard and work in IT. I like to ski and snowboard in the Winter and hike, bike and camp in the Summer.<br>
<br>
I am pretty average as far as the house goes. I am fairly clean; but not a neat freak. I am willing to pay for Water, Garbage, and Cable/Internet. That leaves sharing the Electricity and Gas bills. There are 2 separate phone lines into the house if you want your own line. Or it can be shared. Doesn't matter to me.<br>
<br>
I'm looking for a roommate that is compatible with my lifestyle. Someone I can get along with. I'm not asking for a best friend; but not saying it can't happen either. <br>
Someone who shares some of my interests also would be fine; but not necessary.<br>
