We currently are leasing renovated apartment homes. All of our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments feature washers and dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, oven/stove and garbage disposal. Each apartment has a cozy wood burning fireplace and a patio or lanai with extra storage. Our renovated units feature upgraded carpets, faux hardwood flooring, stainless-style kitchen appliances, upgraded lighting and a contemporary color of paint. Some apartments offer sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains and Dyes Inlet, others with a beautiful view of the wooded areas, which surrounds one quarter of our property and our beautifully landscaped grounds. We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance by pager, cable and high-speed internet (through Wave Broadband).
We have plenty of parking, and offer reserved carports for just $25.00 per month. Our resident’s can enjoy the local conveniences such as the Silverdale Rotary Gateway Park; which has access to the Clear Creek Trail. We are currently offering 6-12 month leases. The screening fee is $42.00 per person age 18 and over. The deposit is $400.00, which will take the apartment off the market; $200.00 is refundable upon move-out. We do accept both cats and dogs with a pet fee/deposit.
