RESPONSIBILITIES<br>

•	Establish credibility throughout the organization, with management, and the employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.<br>
•	Participate in the development of the company’s plans and programs as a strategic consultant to management, providing human resources expertise in implementing business initiatives and in determining the essential tactical human resource elements with a strong focus on the impact on people.<br>
•	Responsible for the recruiting lifecycle including the recruiting experience, materials, interview process, and selection of employees. Own and manage outside consulting relationships.  Ensure a comprehensive orientation and on boarding process for new employees. <br>
•	Actively mentor managers and staff on professional development opportunities, career advancement, training, and programs to facilitate cross-disciplinary learning.<br>
•	Work directly with managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters and supporting a positive work environment. <br>
•	Oversee or participate in the investigation and resolution of problems, such as: working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee appeals and grievances. Wherever possible, anticipate problems and develop, recommend, and initiate appropriate steps for resolution. <br>
•	Oversee all aspects of employee terminations.<br>
•	Propose, publish and administer personnel policies and procedures, insuring compliance. <br>
•	Work with Payroll/Benefits Accountant to develop and deliver annual open enrollment meetings and communication to staff.<br>
•	Collaborate with the SVP Operations in the annual review, preparation and administration of agency wage and salary program. <br>
•	Maintain personnel records and oversee procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data. <br>
•	Maintain and expand knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations affecting human resources management, and advise management to ensure agency compliance with all federal, state and local laws. <br>
•	Consult with legal counsel as appropriate.<br>

We are looking for individuals with at least 10 years teaching/ training experience in the above listed fields, with their own materials and transportation, with an intermediate or advanced knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning theories.<br>

You will have access to over 200+ companies exposed to your classes in the state of Washington.  How often you work will be up to you, depending on the number of requests we get for your class.  <br>
<br>
Essential Job Duties: <br>
1. Deliver classes that are no more than 4 hours in length.  <br>
2. Be able to deliver classes in the following cities in the state of WA:  Everett, Bellingham, Chehalis, Longview, Tacoma, Spokane and/or others upon request. <br>
3.  Collect attendance and evaluation information at the end of each class.  <br>
4.  Ability to deliver classes typically from 8am until Noon (some start earlier), weekdays. <br>
Afternoon, Saturday and evening classes are very rare. <br>
<br>
Requirements: <br>
1.	10 years experience in instructor-led teaching/ training and facilitation<br>
2.	Real-world business experience <br>
3.	Pre-developed training curriculum/ materials ready to deliver <br>
4.	Subject matter expert in chosen topic<br>
5.	Highly interactive training style<br>
6.	Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university<br>
7.	Superior communication skills<br>
8.	Willingness to sign an exclusivity contract (similar to a non-compete)<br>
9.	Ability to travel to each job site (could be anywhere in the state of WA)<br>
10.	Valid Washington State Driver’s License and proof of insurance<br>

Required Qualifications: <br>

•  Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting (and often competing) deadlines<br>

Job Responsibilities:<br>
This position will be responsible for working with clients to plan and manage customer testimonial programs to support sales and marketing activities. In this role you will work with enterprise sales teams, marketing teams, sales partners, and actual customers to gather software solution deployment information, qualify customers for a reference program, develop interesting success stories, and more. The right candidate will manage communications to all customers and internal teams, maintain sophisticated tracking and reporting tools, and drive cross-organization collaboration.<br>

Your program and information management skills will be put to use providing on-demand program status; developing and executing on processes to identify customers who are willing to be profiled in success stories; and managing writers, editors, designers, and other vendors to exceed client expectations. <br>
In addition to successfully running customer reference programs, you will be a key player within the Projectline team -- helping us deliver on client needs long-term and having an all around good time helping our clients succeed. Qualifications and Requirements: <br>
 <br>
•	4+ years of product management, marketing management, or communications management required<br>
•	Background in marketing fundamentals including segmentation, positioning, and market analysis<br>
•	Willingness to ask questions and take initiative -- independent and entrepreneurial attitude<br>
•	Comfortable talking to people in many different roles in our client's large organizations without trepidation<br>
•	Willingness to work around road blocks and lack of  responsive with charm and persistence<br>
•	Exceptionally positive attitude, professionalism, pride in work product<br>
•	Advanced usage skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint products (or equivalent classes/course work before starting<br>

Responsibilities<br>
Human Resources Generalist – 20 hours per week<br>
•	Handles Human Resources correspondence <br>
•	Assists with all elements of the hiring process, including  resume and applicant tracking and file maintenance<br>
•	Conducts new employee orientation and creates new employee records<br>
•	Maintains employee files and information records, both paper and electronic<br>
•	Oversees compliance with all applicable federal state and local employment laws<br>
•	Acts as liaison for unemployment and worker compensation records and claims<br>
•	Coordinates all aspects of employee benefit plans, including health and welfare, retirement and COBRA plans<br>
•	Assists in maintaining current and effective compensation program<br>

•	Composes and maintains Employee Handbook to reflect current Personnel Policies and Procedures<br>

Development Department Generalist – 20 hours per week<br>
•	Accurate data entry and maintenance of electronic files and excel spreadsheets.<br>
•	Maintains donor software program – familiarity with Telosa or Razor’s Edge a plus. <br>
•	Proficient in information technology and able to attend to basic web site maintenance.<br>
•	Aids with IT needs of our non-profit agency’s administrative office, with a staff of twelve.<br>
•	Ability to collaborate with a variety of people at various levels of computer knowledge.<br>
•	Uses own professional network or other agency resource to seek guidance when necessary.<br>
•	Working knowledge of simple graphics layout for department’s marketing materials <br>
•	Ability to troubleshoot simple equipment power, connectivity and cabling issues for desktop computers and DSL modems.<br>
•	Ability  to remotely troubleshoot Outlook, using Outlook Web Access <br>
•	Familiar with Internet Explorer – how to configure the home page, update Flash when needed, setting the default search engine, etc.<br>
•	Ability to troubleshoot viruses <br>
•	Ability to rotate and backup disks offsite <br>
•	Ability to administer shared folders handle this aspect of the system.<br>
•	Proficient in server administration tasks: keeping track of users and authorizations<br>
 install printer drivers (maybe not so much an issue now if you’re done adding computers and printers at the remote sites).<br>

Experience & Education<br>
•	B.A. in HR Management or related area, or combination of equivalent experience<br>
•	Demonstrates proficiency in information technology systems and basic web site maintenance.<br>
•	Five or more years experience in a Management capacity<br>
•	Proficiency in MS Office systems, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook<br>
•	Experience working with children or in educational field preferred<br>
•	Professional in Human Resources (PHR) strongly preferred<br>
