Hi, my name is Kathy Mitchell and I'm looking for a position as a care giver and/or companion, errand runner, etc. in the areas of Lake Stevens, town of Snohomish, Machias, Monroe, Everett or Marysville.


I'm looking for 30 hours a week minimum, but I may be able to work part time if I can schedule you in with my other clients. You can try me out on a trial basis if you like. I enjoy kids and like singing, reading, taking walks, and playing games with them.

And if you're interested, I can teach them daily language lessons. I have a good accent in Spanish and French, and have studied a bit of Mandarin, Korean, and Turkish. I'd play a lesson from a CD from the library, and we'd speak along with the words and write things down, and play games with pictures and music to illustrate culture. Options include Mandarin, Spanish, French, and others. I can also teach English if this is helpful. My B.A. is in English and I'm good at explaining how languages work.

If you'd rather skip the languages, though, that's no problem. In babysitting, we can play all kinds of fun games. Let me know if you'd like to talk further.
