Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Technical Reviewer to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. As a Technical Reviewer, you will work closely with our project teams and clients to perform reviews of Office API documentation to verify that written content is technically accurate. You will be expected to provide technical feedback to our offshore team and facilitate the creation of quality documentation. You will be interacting with technical escalation resources and potentially work with Office product developers to gather additional information and respond to technical escalations from the offshore team.
Position Requirements:
• A Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 5 plus years of work experience.
• Ability to read and write C#.
• Ability to browse source code and understand complex class relationships and hierarchies.
• High quality writing skills.
• Ability to be a self-directed learner.
• Experience with Office and SharePoint development is a plus.
• Experience creating and editing technical developer-oriented documentation desired.
• Experience leading teams of developers or programmer writers preferred.
