An excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor with a reputable privately owned and managed property. This southeast Bellevue community has nearly 200 apartment homes and has a private setting while still only minutes from downtown. The property is approximately 20 years old but is a long term investment and is managed accordingly. Required experience:
Two years experience as a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor
Four year experience as full-time Mainteance Technician
HS Diploma (college degree preferred)

The work schedule will be 40 hour work weeks, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (Mon - Fri). Weekend work may be required, but is unusual. On-call duties will apply and are split with other maintenance staff at the site.
