The Spa at PRO Sports Club is currently seeking a temporary sales associate for our world-class spa. The Seasonal Spa Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service to both our internal and external members of PRO Sports Club. The associate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of gift card sales and retail sales through the Holiday Season. The main responsibility of this position is to help generate visibility and excitement surrounding our unique spa services and to assist in meeting our holiday gift card goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates effective merchandising of products at all times
- Responsible to ‘set up’ and ‘take down’ gift card table display as directed
- Responsible to assist in loss prevention measures and assists with all inventory counts and discrepancies
- Effectively improves our members and guest’s exposure to purchasing opportunities without sacrificing the upscale and non-commercial ambience of The Spa
- Assists in implementing gift promotions, gift baskets, Gift Cards and Holiday Events
- Participates in monthly inventory if directed to do so
- Responsible for accurate cash handling
- Evaluates guest comments and communicates specific requests to management
- Attends all scheduled department meetings and trainings
- Assists in creating and implementing tools for future gift center sales and service development
- Adherence to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Cast Manual
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Successful completion of all PRO Sports Club training as it relates to the department or the club
- Retail sales experience of a minimum of one year
- CPR certification required
