The upscale salon GEM on Carillon Point in Kirkland is looking for an experienced customer service person to operate the front desk reception. GEM is an upbeat, fast-paced environment. The front desk position requires that the receptionist be able to multi-task. Anwering phones, booking appointments, checking clients in and out, running the cash register program, and keeping the salon tidy are all duties that this position includes. The right person must be friendly, willing to learn, good with customers, patient, reliable, responsible with handling money and interested in fashion. This is a 20-30 hour per week position that offers exposure and growth in the areas of customer service, fashion and small business.
