Doyenz (http://www.doyenz.com) is a successful and well funded startup building cloud solutions for SMB IT. We are looking for an experienced tester with software development, scripting, and automation skills. In this position, you will plan, design, manage, and execute all aspects of the end to end testing of our cutting edge cloud solution comprising of multiple exciting technologies (virtualization, web application, large scale back end, ASP.Net, and Java). Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing QA processes and plans, developing test automations, running manual and automated tests, working with development through the bug resolution cycle, help build a long term QA team and strategy.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of software testing experience
• 2+ years of QA management and QA lead experience
• Strong end-to-end cross-system test management experience including functional and regression testing
• Strong experience in test automation scripting
• Software development experience
• Working knowledge of Windows and Unix
• Experience with ASP.Net or Java
• Experience with web testing
• Experience with load testing and performance testing
• Desire to be hands on and to drive issues through to solution
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail and desire to understand how things work
• Self-motivated, take-charge personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills

Desired qualifications:

• Scripting languages (bash, PowerShell, Perl, Python, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML and HTTP
• Database and networking skills
• Experience with startups
