Our client is looking for a SharePoint Developer/Architect - SharePoint 2010 (v. 14).

We are hiring for one of a kind SharePoint Developers/Architects that will be part of an exclusive team that will be responsible for building a brand new global career site from SharePoint 2010 (SP 14). The goal is to use SharePoint 14 (2010) to build a transactional application directly in SharePoint, utilizing a SQL 2008 backend and WCF web services for data access. We are exploring cashing job posting data in the SharePoint database and using either FAST search or customized SharePoint search to allow field-level search and BCS to pull data from the SQL database.
We are looking for someone with advanced development directly in SharePoint, not someone with just document library and content site development. Ideally, this person will be a very strong SharePoint developer who is knowledgeable in developing transactional SharePoint sites leveraging BCS, WCF web services, SQL Server (outside of the SP store), contextual content integration, and web parts for transactional components. Familiarity with SP14 features is a big plus.
Required Skills:
• Advanced development directly in SharePoint
• Advanced development of transactional SharePoint sites
• Strong experience developing Enterprise Line of Business (LOB) applications
• Strong experience developing webparts
• Strong experience with Business Data Catalog (BDC) or Business Connectivity Service (BCS)
• Must have knowledge of SharePoint 14 (SharePoint 2010) features and capabilities
