PURPOSE OF POSITION: Works directly with Agency Principal to achieve the sales goals of the Agency.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Must have Life and Disability Insurance License.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Complete new business log daily – review at end of week with agent
• Contacting clients to obtain and verify appointments
• Write new business applications
• Provide agency principal/office manager with a copy of each application done upon issuance.
• Plan marketing efforts
• Attend office meetings to plan growth
• Improve office efficiency
• Cross-sell existing clients
• Obtain goals for each month
• Handle service work as necessary
• Actively train and improve sales and product knowledge skills
• Handle additional duties as needed
• Improve sales of all lines, retention, cross-sell ratio, customer satisfaction.
