Rent is $480 plus a flat $60 for utilities. Included is: Wireless High Speed Internet, Cable channels 1-99, laundry room, gas, electric, garbage, water, sewer, neighborhood pool and park and full use of the kitchen, etc.
This is an average-sized room (approx. 10 x 13) upstairs in my 5 bedroom, 3 bath, split-level home. I am the owner and stay here sometimes, but you will most likely just see me in passing.
This is a great Eastside location that is close to everything. There is easy access (via surface streets- no freeway needed!) to Microsoft, Google, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Bothell amd Lake Washington Vo-Tech

I usually go North on Willows Road from Redmond to 124th to avoid the freeway. From Kirkland, I go along the water or take 124th NE This house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just off the 124th street exit of 405.
It is near the Evergreen Hospital, with banks, gas and grocery store only 2 blocks away. A King County Library is just across the street. It is on the bus line and a bike path. Enjoy the resident’s only private pool and park.
The deposit is $150, and I also ask for last month's rent. But if you are short on cash you can make payments toward the last month's rent. So, the minimum to move in is $690.
As a perk (no extra charge), I have wireless hi-speed internet (Comcast) broadcast throughout the house. Plus there is cable TV in your room, and you have use of the laundry, kitchen and dining room. Obligation is only month-to-month, but you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
I am divorced, so I just rent out the other rooms. This is a shared house/ roommate situation. So it is not like you are in the awkward position of staying with a family and being the only renter. We are all on equal footing here! We are all mature, professonal males, ages range from 30s - 50s.
We often have dinner together. It is a great bunch of guys here - it feels more like family than my own sometimes! This is a quiet, clean place to call home. I have three refrigerators, so there is plenty of room for your food. Free off-street parking and storage for 3 or 4 boxes in the garage. FYI, there is a small (10 lb) dog that stays here, but no more pets please. There is an enclosed garage available for rent. But already included with this room is your own spot to park in the driveway.
