Room available in my clean, comfortable, well-kept, 1040 square foot manufactured home just outside of downtown Woodinville, available in June. Room is about 10x10, has a closet that runs one whole wall, cable hook-up, large window with plantation blinds that looks into small backyard, attached walk-through 3/4 bath has the only shower, utility room on the other side of bath has washer/dryer, storage, and back entry door. Rest of house is fully furnished, but we could make it work if you wanted to bring your favorite recliner/love seat/etc. Kitchen has garbage disposal, dishwasher, range top, wall oven, and enough room to bring your own dishes/utensils/small appliances if desired. Great room has vaulted ceilings, wall of west facing windows for lots of natural light, with front entry & screened-in porch. Community has clubhouse with pool, tennis courts, basketball, park/playground. Neighborhood is quiet & safe, minutes from bus stop, 405, 522, downtown Woodinville, Canyon Park, Bothell, Kirkland, & Bellevue.
