A lot of these ads say "no parties," but we're ok with gatherings as long as your friends aren't ghetto and trash our place (or steal our stuff). Also, we like to keep the living area clean. We'll be keeping it clean whether or not you do, but we'd appreciate it if you did your part.

There's a 7-11/gas station within walking distance and everything else is about a mile way (including 405). About 15 min from Microsoft(up to 35 min in rush hour)
