We're looking for a 3rd roommate to come and join our little roommate family. Our 3rd roommate is moving out so we need to fill his room. I have a cat so please no pet :) Can't afford another one. :P ~ It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom you'll be renting will share a bathroom with me (the female.) Also with my cat, since his litter box is in there. Electricity, water, internet, and "renter's insurance" will be split 3 ways.
Water and electricity add together are around $50 dollar a person. And Internet and renter insurance I can't remember but not that much. You'll be paying $580 a month in the beginning of every month.
We're just looking for someone who is fun, respectable, someone who cleans after themself, laid back...responsible. Someone who can commit a 10 month lease, which is until April 2009. Have to be gay friendly!

You'll need to pay last month deposit plus damage deposit $580 + $200 = $780. Your last month deposit is refundable. The damage deposit refund will depend on the condition of the apartment at the time of your departure. And be able to sign a 10 month lease.
