Staffing Manager for Apartment Advantage Staffing Services
Our busy office in Bellevue, Washington is looking for an exceptional person for a Staffing Management position. Our company offers a complete-service staffing approach and provides a range of services that include placement of temporary, permanent, and temp-to-hire employees within the property management industry. Your professional ability to manage and place your large staff plus build relationships with a well-established client base will bring success to this position.
Position Requirements:
* Ability to dispatch and successfully match employees with current employment requests
* Ability to define staffing needs, and develop strategies to recruit the best people
* Recruit, screen, test, interview, and complete reference and background checks
* Marketing experience
* Process in-house payroll timesheets and related administrative items
* Enhance your relationship with key clients to familiarize yourself with the clients needs
* Communicate regularly and effectively with company principals regarding daily business in both selling and servicing clients and in maintaining needed levels of employees to service those clients
* Knowledge of Employment Law
* College Degree or comparable training
* Five or more years of Property Management experience
Experience in Property Management is required to excel in this position. We will encourage and empower our manager to run their business successfully.
