Hands-on design from concept to prepress-ready files<br>
Adobe CS3 expert in Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop<br>

Please be available to work onsite for the duration of this 2-3 week project, 40 hours a week.<br>

The Sr. Concept Artist will create sketches and digital paintings of environments and characters. <b><u>Summary:</b></u><br>
Monolith Productions, a division of WB Games Inc., seeks a Senior Technical Artist to support and assist the Technical Art Director. This can include work in visual R&D, performance monitoring, standard setting, as well as process and pipeline. The senior technical artist can also be called on to solve and implement complex visual problems for the game.<br><br>

<b><u>Job Responsibilities:</b></u><br>
<li> Help refine and optimize process and pipeline for game asset creation.  <br>    
<li> R&D both new techniques and solutions to complex problems posed by game design and direction. <br>

<li> Mentors more junior members of the FX team and serves as a repository of special knowledge for the group.  <br><br>

<b><u>Work Experience:</b></u><br>
<li> At least 5-8+ years experience in the industry<br>
<li> At least 2-3+ years in the industry as a technical artist. <br>
<li> At least 1 published games preferably 360 or PS3<br><br>


<b><u>Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification:</b></u><br>
<li> Minimum 2-year 2D/3D art degree, architecture degree, Computer Science or equivalent with excellent critique and vocabulary skills. BFA or CS degree preferred. <br><br>

<b><u>Knowledge/Skills:</b></u><br>
<li> Excellent technical understanding of Maya or Max.<br>
<li> Expert mel, maxscript or equivalent scripting skills.<br>
<li> Strong understanding of general artistic aesthetics.<br>
<li> A strong understanding of personal schedule management. <br>
<li> Loves console games, with an ability to critically analyze them<br>
<li> Strong verbal and written communication skills. <br>
<li> Strong Troubleshooting skills. <br>

<li> Shader programming experience (Cg/HLSL). <br>

<li> Work with WBG DAG group to assess the viability of development partners, both internal and external. <br>    
<li> Analyze design pipelines, processes, budgets, personnel plans and asset metrics through on-site visits to potential development partners or through the assessment of builds and documentation. Understand development partner’s team structures, roles and responsibilities, and leadership skills. Assess technical pros and cons and completes due diligence reports with clear written recommendations. <br>
<li> Regularly review specific product milestone drops including builds, schedules, documentation, tools, assets, etc. as required to provide a clear recommendation to WBG/WBIE Production staff. <br>
<li> Identify design tools, programs, 3rd party software and/or hardware that could be helpful to our development partners and make recommendations as necessary to assist them in achieving success. <br>
<li> Coordinates with Producers to assure our products adhere design-wise to Warner Bros. brand and approval requirements for licensed IPs. <br>

The Media Tech Producer supports WildTangent’s Advertising Operations team with technical solutions to advertising creative and ad delivery in both domestic and international markets.  This role keeps current on new technologies, products, and emerging trends, and assists the Manager of Media Technology in implementing new advertising products within WildTangent and partner sites.<br>
<br>
Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
•	Become proficient in the use and set up of DoubleClick DFP ad server and how it works with WildTangent properties and partner sites<br>
•	Solve technical issues and provide solutions between external vendors and internal staff<br>
•	Traffic and troubleshoot video advertising and work with external video partners for streamlined video implementation and serving<br>
•	Research, develop, and coordinate new technology to enhance and improve advertising and support product offerings<br>
•	Contribute to the planning and implementation of new products and changes in technology<br>
•	Collaborate with internal and external team members to complete tasks and drive projects<br>
•	Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure all products work technically on the sites and services<br>
•	Work with QA team to test new or changing technology and products<br>
•	Support technical implementation of ad products and custom units, working closely with the Manager of Media Tech, Ad Operations and Creative team<br>
•	Be the main contact for partner sites when implementing ad tags to ensure proper tracking and reporting capabilities<br>

Qualifications:<br>

•	Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Internet industry, Internet advertising, project management or technical production<br>
•	3+ years experience in Internet industry or ad operations with technical aptitude<br>
•	Experience in an agency as a Web or creative developer is desired<br>
•	Knowledge of multiple web coding concepts (i.e. HTML, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash, XML, .NET, DHTML)<br>
•	Experience with one or more Internet ad management or targeted marketing applications is preferred (i.e. DoubleClick DART DFP, 24/7 Real Media OpenAdStream, Atlas) <br>
•	Internet Rich Media technology experience is preferred (i.e. Eyeblaster, Unicast, Eyewonder)<br>

Essential Functions<br>
As a Designer at Bungie, you will work with the Design Lead and Engineers to develop game systems and AI features relevant to your missions. You will work closely with the Environmental Art Team to construct game environments, and script missions and/or multiplayer spaces with our proprietary scripting language. You will evaluate game play pacing, flow, and difficulty curves to polish game encounters for an optimum player experience. You will construct spaces and AI setups to create a detailed structure for your encounters. You will document the design of and changes to your portions of the game to ensure smooth communication with other disciplines on the team.<br>

Responsibilities<br>

Qualifications<br>
•	Experience with many modes of online play <br>
