LOST: Blue Tongue Skink Lizard (Carnation)

My beloved Blue Tongue Skink escaped from his outdoor pen on Friday the 11th at about 6:15PM. We've looked everywhere, now I'm getting really desperate! We're very isolated at the end of a long country road in Carnation. (Entwhistle)
People come down our road to play and fish at the Tolt River and if anybody happens to find my beloved big Blue Tongue Lizard, and returns him to me alive and well, I can offer a reward for his safe return.

He's a about 23" total length and he's beige with dark brown and black stripes. He's got brown eyes and a big blue tongue that he uses quite like a snake does. (see picture)
He doesn't bite, but if startled will flap his big blue tongue at you and hiss and huff a bit.
To capture him, throw a coat or bucket or something over him.

He's likely to burrow under stuff and hide in the undergrowth, he's not much of a climber. I've been looking in the mornings and afternoons, when he's most likely to bask on warm rocks, but there has been no sign of him yet.

If you happen to find him or see something like him, please let me know!
I don't imagine he'd wander too far, but you never know.

My cat is still missing. While we fear he was taken by a larger animal, we're just not ready to give up yet. What we hope happened is that someone adopted him. He's such a love-bug that anyone would want to keep him. Please, we just want to know where he is. He is 18lbs, mostly black with a white chin white belly and a white tip on his tail. He could be mistaken for a pregnant female-he has a little obesity problem. He likes to "bonk" you in the face with his face and he likes to sleep ON people. About 30 minutes ago I almost hit a smallish black and white long haired dog, I am no sure of the breed but one of the passerby said it may be a shih tzu. I stopped and caught the dog but now its in my backyard in my dogs' pen. The dog is barking a lot. If you lost your dog PLEASE come get it. I will require that you know the sex of the dog as well as the type and color of collar it was wearing.

Yes I went through the neighborhood asking if anyone knew him.

Also, he's barking a ton and our neighbors have a big enough issue with our dogs barking so I'm not going to risk further issue with them for this dog. The humane society is closed so I am calling paws to see if they will take him.

I volunteer for a local ferret rescue and am seeing a lot of missing ferrets on here and getting numerous calls regarding them. To everyone with ferrets, PLEASE keep an eye on them, they can not survive in the wild. They have been domesticated and do not know how to find food, along with the many other dangers out there.
They can squeeze through any small opening and run out the door faster than you can catch them. They are very curious and will always want to explore. They need to be in a safe, escape proof area and should not be allowed to run freely in your house or apartment. Some people are lucky if they even get their ferret back, others will not be so lucky. Remember, they depend on you to keep them safe and happy!

I found your dog.

She walked into the middle of my big, beautiful front lawn and laid down and went to sleep - the big sleep, unfortunately.

She shows no obvious trauma. The coyotes didn't get her and she wasn't hit by a car (it's too far from a road).

Nope, it seems to be a nice peaceful death. I hope I'm that lucky!

I'll wait until Tuesday morning (7/15) before burying her on the off chance you see this and want to claim the remains. I have a closeup photo if you wish, but the one below should be sufficient to identify.

I hope your friend's life was as peaceful as her death.
