My rent is going up to 1500, so I may as well look for something better. We are looking for a house or townhome, not an apt or condo. Price must be in the $1500 - $1800 range. 2 - 3 BR; 2 bth.
We are a clean, quiet no smoking no children no drama dual income couple with great credit and always pay on time. I live directly across from MS (100') so I want to stay in this immediate vicinity, not Bothel, Renton, Sammamish etc.
We are tired of carpet, so ideally hardwood and tile would be great (as much as possible), wood burning fireplace.
Also, I'm not liking the idea of living next to a swimming pool or dealing with your kids.
