We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who has designed and delivered end-to-end multiple interactive end-user features on high traffic web sites. DataSphere has built a highly scalable and flexible platform for delivering rich web experiences across many verticals including real estate, media and e-commerce. The Feature PM will be responsible for working with the development team to develop and deploy end-user features that can be used across many of these verticals, pulling from the latest ideas and technologies on the web (social networking, Twitter, AJAX, etc).
What we need:
4+ years delivering successful end-user features on high traffic web sites through requirements, design/spec, development and deployment phases
Excellence communication and spec writing skills
Ability to manage and ship many features on different release schedules
A proven track record for coordinating Product Management, Development, Test and Ops teams to ship features on schedule and within budget
Familiar with the latest Web UI technologies (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jscript, etc) and understand how their capabilities and limitations apply to successful end-user features and business requirements
Ability to benchmark leading sites in different segments (social networking, e-commerce, media, etc) and apply user features across new verticals
Familiar with back-end Internet technologies on Windows and/or LAMP
