Responsibilities:
• 2 monthly newsletters (Outlook)
• Web content & maintenance… managing relationship with external vendor contract
• Own Peer Spotlight Awards
• Mentor teen apprentice
• Business tools & infrastructure (SharePoint, Autogroup, Fileshares)
• Pulling financial reports (Calypso)
• Editing executive emails
• Creating executive PowerPoint
• Organize multiple calendars
• Special projects
