The Salesforce.com Administrator will be responsible for continuing the company-wide implementation of Salesforce.com, including supporting users, promoting adoption and improving & maintaining data integrity. Successful candidate will help define and execute a plan to improve the user experience and to monitor and improve policies and compliance. This position works closely with the Sales Operations Manager and EVP of Sales, and requires timely reporting and creation of intuitive dashboards. Ideal candidates will have a strong background as a Salesforce.com administrator and will possess technical aptitude, business analysis skills and demonstrated project leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the Salesforce.com application including data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards and reports.
• Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
• Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
• Train new users on Salesforce.com application and provide continuing education to existing users.
• Build and customize Salesforce.com tools to meet cross-functional needs.
• Identify usage problems and craft technical/communication solution plans.
• Design and deliver ad hoc reporting as required by the CFO, EVP of Sales, SVP of Marketing and other executives.
• Work closely with Accounting Manager and CFO to reconcile Sales bookings and Accounting figures.
• Support CFO and EVP of Sales with reporting geared toward VC presentations and board meetings.
• Perform QC on standard proposals, Statements of Work and contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment while also autonomous.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Superior skills in time management and multitasking, with the ability to handle urgent requests professionally.
• Comprehension in which a CRM application can be used to improve overall business processes and the bottom line.
• 3 years of CRM administration, CRM management or CRM business data analysis experience. Minimum 1-3 years of direct responsibility for above activities using Salesforce.com.
• Formal Salesforces.com training required, SFDC certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise software, software deployment or process improvement is preferred.
• 3+ years experience in business or technical field; college degree in Business or Technology preferred.
