The Position
We are realizing that there is plenty of room to improve our service to our clients and to that end we have created and are recruiting for a Customer Service Director. The primary directive for this position is to develop, refine and innovate service strategies in every corner of the company that consistently delight our clients and significantly increases our customer retention. This position is also responsible for direct management of Account Managers, Product Delivery Drivers and receptionists. The CSD is a management team member and works closely with the CEO, and the 2 other Senior Managers.
The Well Qualified Candidate will have:
A Bachelors Degree in a field related to the responsibilities of the position
3-5 years of Customer Service Management experience
Experience innovating customer service systems and culture in an organization
Expertise in Customer Service Best Practices
Experience developing and implementing sustainable organizational and technical systems
Strong facility with CRM platforms and customer interaction tools
The ability to assess, diagnose and prescribe solutions to problems
The ability to balance getting along with people with the need to make tangible progress to the objectives.
Compensation Package:
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 salary
Benefits: Paid Holidays and PTO, Medical and dental insurance coverage. Retirement contributions.
Work week: Monday Friday, 8:00 to 5:00
