Established insurance brokerage is seeking an OFFICE MANAGER. Knowledge of surplus lines is required.
Your day will consist of make sure the office workflow us running smoothly and as planned, the daily and monthly to-do lists are completed, working with personnel issues, receiving telephone calls and helping customers with requests, data entry, tracking work progress, doing mailings and other duties as required. Acceptable candidates must be highly personable, upbeat and have a good working knowledge of computers including word and spreadsheets and have good math skills.
You main goal will be to grow our business.
Insurance license is necessary.

• Strong phone experience
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Computer skills necessary to perform job functions
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Can work independently at a fast pace
• Be prompt and responsible
