We are looking for the right individual to join our team as a Commissions/Accounting Specialist. We offer an excellent benefit package along with competitive compensation and opportunity to grow. Start part-time (25-30 hours weekly) and transition to a full time position in the first quarter of 2010.
Details:
- Commission Verification and quality control
- Work with IT to improve our systems
- Handle inquiries and provide support for producers and vendors
- Data/Commissions entry and analysis
- Handle Accounting tasks (Journal entries, Reconciliations)
Skills:
- Ability to visually spot errors and omissions. IF you have that special skill that allows you to look at a worksheet and, knowing the rules, being able to immediately spot irregularities -- WE WANT YOU.
- Being exhaustively thorough and detail-oriented a must
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Great organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being Customer-service oriented and a team player a must
Software:
- Proficiency with Excel (if you don't know what Pivot table is or how to use VLOOKUP - learns before you visit us for an interview and demonstrate)
