Analyst – Headcount
Description of the Work
This position will work on various headcount management efforts supporting the field finance team to help track and manage global resource investments. • Manage and support global headcount resource release process. • Develop working relationships with key stakeholders in the business to leverage knowledge, communicate conclusions and facilitate execution. • From time to time, this individual will be communicating with various team members across geographies, functional disciplines and finance to accomplish the work objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide management of headcount control numbers.
• Establish repeatable and sustainable headcount practices.
• Analyze headcount movements and provide detailed analysis.
Support finalization for headcount metrics and revise reporting tools.
Analysis and reporting to support Financial Management.
Assist in development of International Finance Team staffing blueprint and restatement.
Assist with generation of Production SLA, Report and Headcount Activity Report
Project management/any headcount re-orgs implemented.
Reporting Assessment of Needs and PC Clean-up
Auditing of Internal Controls
Develop FY11 Headcount Report and Budget
Reconcile BWB with Target Headcount
Budget Re-statement Process and BWB:Headtrax Reconciliation
Prepare FY11 Headcount Statements to Co-owners
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or similar.
3-5 years related work experience. Cost Accounting, A/P, A/R, G/L exp also helpful.
Strong EXCEL skills are required for this position.
Previous work experience at Microsoft preferred (HEADTRAX).
Ability to communicate across teams in a fast paced environment.
