Qualification requirements:
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in lead Project Architect position
- Experience as lead Project Architect on K-12, college & university architectural projects preferred
- Experience throughout all phases of design, documentation and construction administration
- Outstanding communication, organization, and construction document production & coordination skills
- Successful experience producing construction documents using Revit software preferred
- Professional architectural license in WA preferred
- Architectural degree from an accredited university
