Seattle indy film company Image Mind Light is one week away from principal photography of "This one is about love" a collaborative effort by many professional and amateur filmmakers from the Northwest. "About Love" follows a love story over the period of several generations in a post modern fantasy reality. Imagine the look of City of Lost Children meets Blade Runner. More advanced than technology today, yet very mechanical as if technology came and passed. "About Love" tells a tale about falling in love and that love surviving the struggles of generations and the events that happen in our lifetimes. From war, to social and environmental issues that affect each and everyone of us in some capacity or another, "This one is about love" shows a story of how love can conquer all and even lead to greater understanding of life itself.

AL will be set in a similar world to that of "Slushai" http://www.slushaimovie.com Image Mind Lights first short film production. This time around a very similar cinematic and visual look. But a story about love and fantasy that is as equally strong.

When: Tuesday, November 17th through Sunday, November 22nd (6 Days with 2 night shoots on 11/21 & 11/22)

Hours: Tuesday - Wednesday 7:00AM - 6:00PM
Thursday - Friday 11:00AM - 10:00PM
Saturday & Sunday 4:00PM - 2:00AM

Where: Capitol Hill (1.5 Days) & Pioneer Square (4.5 Days), Seattle, WA

Compensation: Credit, DVD Copy of the finished film, Invitation to Private Test Screening, Catered Meals, Craft Services during the production.

We have secured a wonderful crew and will be using a good lighting package, the RED Camera, Camera Jib, and Dolly.

We're seeking some title help for a feature film shot on 16mm film. Some wonderful images are already cut to the music to introduce the mood of the film but now needs the actual titles designed and placed over the images. The film is being edited in Mac-based Final Cut. The movie is stylistic and sort of retro as opposed to naturalistic, and we hope to find someone who can design the font to match. Our Cannon XHA1 is an awsome piece of equipment, but unfortunately, it is not powerin on on this eve of shoot day # 3.
