I am a small business owner who is a little over my head on a development project for a large client, and needs some assistance with a VB.net software project. I need someone with 3+ years of solid VB.net programming experience, and who understands how to work with XML/SOAP Services very well. Below is what I am trying to accomplish, and how I think I should accomplish it, but if there is a better way, I am open to ideas. I suspect this project will be about 5-10 hrs of work, and am willing to pay a decent hourly rate for the right help. Only catch is, I can't pay until I get paid on this project, which isn't for a couple weeks after I finish the project (may not be for 2-3 weeks). This is the last part of the project aside from testing (1 day or so). I'll definitely do whatever (written contract, etc.) to prove that I'm good for the payment, though...

WHAT I AM TRYING TO DO:
Use the XML schema files (.XSD) from a standards-based XML Service protocol (it's called S2S, and you can read about it here) to send structured requests to an XML Service, and receive acknowledgments and responses back.

HOW I THINK I SHOULD BE DOING IT:
I believe (grin) I have properly converted the XML Schema files (.XSD) into VB.net class definitions (using XSD.exe). I will be populating the properties of the objects, and then posting them to the XML Service using XMLSerializer (System.Xml.Serialization).
