1979 ABC American. These were the cadillac of ski boats during their time. This American has a 305 cubic inch Chevrolet motor, Merc Cruiser outdrive and is very fast. Factory lift kit for speed. I am the second owner of the boat and have owned it for seventeen plus years. The boat was purchased new from Bob Feil Boats and Motors in East Wenatchee. It has always been stored inside and has a canvas cover. The color is gun metal grey with black. Recently I replaced the reverse cable and have always kept maintenance on the boat (oil change, lower unit fluid change, impeller change, u-joints lubed, etc. Everything on this boat is stock and no modifications were made. The trailer is an E-Z Loader which had been completely disassembled, sand blasted and power coated and then hammer coated grey w/new fenders, hitch and hitch dolly. We have purchased a larger boat and the wife says we don't need two boats (I disagree). You will see that this boat is clean and reliable. More photographs available upon request. This is a 1969 Fairliner yacht with twin Chrysler 318hp engines. The boat is in overall good structural condition, but needs engine work. We have had this boat sitting for the past two years, and it won�t start now. We put new batteries in it, but neither engine will turn over. I'm not sure what it would take to get it running, but before two years ago (I bought a new boat so didn�t need to run this one) it ran great, and went out every Seafair on the log boom. If this boat were running, from the comparables that I've seen, it would be worth at least $12,000. I am just ready to be done with it as I'm getting old and no longer can get it running.

I'm not sure I would call this completely a project boat, but it definitely needs some work on some of the flooring and address the reason it�s not starting. (I assume the engine just needs to be flushed). Once fixed up, this would be a great party boat, or family cruiser.

If you would like to take a look at this boat, I am available most any time. I live close to the pits and the boat is moored there. You must provide transportation for the boat if purchased.

The fourth owners spent three years living aboard her and sailed her in the open ocean and around the bay. She was purchased by her present owners in San Francisco and sailed up the coast to Port Angeles, WA where she remains today. This 1953 Higgins Army T-boat, 2000 is the ultimate live aboard. Close to 1000 sq. ft. of warm, dry and very comfortable living space and literally tons of storage built around the platform of the famous Army T-boat. Excellent running, high efficiency Cat diesel, 2 generators, 3 staterooms, office, large galley, laundry room and 3 heads. This is a tough, tight vessel that fenders are only necessary to protect the dock. Sister ship is the ice breaker for Homer, Alaska. Another sister ship is the Virazon, an archaelogical research vessel based in Turkey. This boat is featured in the Discovery Channels program Ships in 2005. These T-boats were built by Higgins of the WWII Higgins boat fame. There were 85 of these vessels built and the vast majority are still in service. To say these boats are bullet proof would be an understatement. They were actually built with blast covers for the port lights and hardened wiring to withstand some proximity to nuclear blast. This boat is set up to anchor off and live aoard for long periods of time. It has approx. 5,000 gallons of tankage. This vessel has had a major refit, renovation and upgrade since 2000 wth lots of new equipment. This boat is basically turn key. May consider trades.
