Below is an example of a welding project I just finished up for a customer. Where the rust was so bad and the vehicle was so rare and lacking in new after market parts. That it was easier to just get another damaged Volkswagen and cut off and re-weld the entire front clip of the vehicle, replacing multiple parts of the vehicle that were completely rusted out all at once. I doubt your project will be as complicated as this one was, but should it turn out to be I have the tools and know how to get the project done correctly.

Hi, My name is Mike. If you haven't seen my ads on here already I am a mobile mechanic. I have been working on cars ever since I was (11). I have been on here for over 3 years and my number has always been the same. Everyone that has worked with me usually calls me back.

Here are pictures of SOME of the stuff I have fixed. I also got the delorean on the picture ready to go back to the future. This is the car on the vern fonk commercials. The exact car, I know the owner who let fonk use it. I was the one that prepared the car for the commercial no b/s. I fixed the doors when both of them would not open, cleaned the gas and injectors, fixed the fans .etc. If you dont beleive me I can point out every little detail of the car from the commercial and my pictures. If you use youtube you can look up fonk to the future.

I am very skilled at what I do and I also make sure things are done right. I have seen some dangerous "fails" that the other mechanics have done on here. Like the 60 dollar brake job that the pins fell out on the freeway. ASE certified Thomas failed on the brakes by bending the retainer clip around one pin instead of putting it between the two.

I have seen how shops work for the most part. Some shops are ok but some shops are a joke. The way it works is say you have a check engine light. Well you cant pass emmissions with that on right? So you take your car in and they read the codes. Thats 100 right there as far as diagnosis. Then say the code is egr flow bad. So you replace the egr valve for 2 hours at say 200.00. Drive it back then it pops up again. Well then they say its your egr controller thats another 250.00 for 3 hours. Car still pops up the light you bring it back again this time it starts shaking and being all crazy. Well your plugs wires distributor .etc went bad so thats another 6 hours and 400.00. You spend about 950 while the guy fixing your car is dancing around in the shop because he just made 220.00 at 20 a hour. On top of that it could have just been only one of those things going wrong in the first place. Why risk it in the first place? Are you sure your brakes will be done right? Or is that oil pan put on correctly? Or that wire the guy made for your car will not start a fire? Or that radio was installed and crimped correctly??? I have seen all of this eitherwise I wouldnt be mentioning it.

So if you want your car done right give me a call, I guarantee my work and am able to help you get your car alive again where ever it needs wrench to bolt recessitation, or even a tickle with a coat hanger to get it to cough up those keys from the ignition. I am more than your average shop or mechanic. I can set up neons, radios, hydraulics, performance stuff, i/e supercharger, turbos, change tbi systems to carburated .etc. Ask the dealership if they can set up hydraulics on your car and rotate your wire wheels or if they repair deloreans. They tend to laugh at me when I ask them to change the tire on my wire wheel. Just like I laugh at their work when they have a car sitting outside for months and it is not fixed.
